OUR COMPANY

EDIFIS is a private, fully integrated Texas real estate investment firm specializing in quality income-producing assets and development opportunities. Our focus is on existing and undeveloped assets in the retail, industrial, office and multi-family sectors. We target institutional-grade properties with favorable supply/demand fundamentals. EDIFIS relationships, diligence and execution provide investors access to exceptional real estate investment opportunities.

EDIFIS acquires and manages existing cash-generating properties for our partners and clients. We also identify tenants, from major chains to individual businesses, seeking to enter new markets or expand operations in the nation’s number-one growth area  -Texas-  then acquire, develop, manage, lease or sell prime tracts that match their specific criteria.

Josh Aruh

Josh Aruh’s 22-year real estate career includes residential subdivisions, multi-tenant shopping centers, automobile dealerships, office, restaurant and luxury resorts properties totaling over $600 million in transaction volume. His experience has led to many successful projects and investments combining acquisition, development/redevelopment, asset management, and construction services, including land or project acquisition, planning, construction and financing expertise. He currently oversees and manages the operations of the portfolio, seeks new opportunities in untapped markets and enjoys tracking the global real estate trends.

Mr. Aruh earned a degree in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin. He began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney but found his passion early on in real estate.

Josh is active in a number of professional and charitable organizations. He is has received the Certified Development Professional (CDP) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designation from the International Council Shopping Centers. Josh is a Board Trustee of the Emery/Weiner School, Board Member Commercial Real Estate Society, and ULI. Josh is married and has two children.

Pam Bryer

Pam Bryer brings more than 20 years of experience in her role as Senior Property Manager of Edifis Group. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of retail properties, many of which include national and regional tenants. Pam enjoys creating relationships with her tenants and vendors and treats each request with a keen sense of urgency, professionalism, and CARE.

Highly analytical, Pam enjoys collaborating with the accounting team on monthly reporting activities, annual CAM reconciliation and reforecasting, budget preparation and monthly budget monitoring. She also works closely with ownership and the team on construction management, acquisitions, dispositions, and legal.

Pam is currently pursuing her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Drew University in Madison, NJ. Pam is married to her husband Jerry and has two daughters.

Tarralyn brings over 5 years of property management administration and accounting experience to the team. Her attention to accounting detail and customer service focus on tenant relations aids in servicing our clients, tenants and vendors. Tarralyn takes pride in her work and is eager to learn. Her can-do attitude and computer hardware proficiencies also allow her to keep the office running smoothly, acting as liaison with our IT services, software vendors and maintaining office equipment and supplies.

Tarralyn recently earned a BS in Accounting from Liberty University. She currently resides in the Humble/Kingwood/Atascocita area where she plans to be for many years to come. Her interests and hobbies include camping, kayaking, and fishing. She is the mother of five daughters.

Dawn Haywood brings 20+ years of experience in Real Estate and Development.

Dawn enjoys all aspects of real estate: communicating with property owners, managing construction projects, and working with vendors for the success of each property; all while keeping a positive relationship with each tenant.

Dawn attended Texas Tech and has proudly called Houston her home since 1999. She holds a Texas Real Estate License, and enjoys motorcycle riding, kayaking, paddleboarding, and camping with her family.

Charlee provides assistance and team support in management of Edifis’ portfolio to ensure that the properties are operating efficiently and effectively, while also maximizing their value and profitability. Her broad range of skills also helps facilitate property management, accounting, and office needs. Charlee is ambitious and a team player, always ready to lend a hand. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the city, and rooting for her favorite sports teams. Charlee Nitschmann is a Texas Tech University graduate with a bachelor’s in communications and public Relations. She has also obtained her Texas Real Estate License.
