Josh Aruh’s 22-year real estate career includes residential subdivisions, multi-tenant shopping centers, automobile dealerships, office, restaurant and luxury resorts properties totaling over $600million of transaction volume. His experience has led to many successful projects and investments combining acquisition, development/redevelopment, asset management, and construction services, including land or project acquisition, planning, construction and financing expertise. He currently oversees and manages the operations of the portfolio, seeks new opportunities in untapped markets and enjoys tracking the global real estate trends.
Mr. Aruh earned a degree in Finance from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin. He began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney but found his passion early on in real estate.
Josh is active in a number of professional and charitable organizations. He is has received the Certified Development Professional (CDP) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designation from the International Council Shopping Centers. Josh is a Board Trustee of the Emery/Weiner School, Board Member Commercial Real Estate Society, and ULI. Josh is married and has two children.
After a 20 year career in real estate development and property management in Southern California, Leah returned to her home town of Deer Park, TX. With a passion for profit maximization and tenant relations, Leah is focused on creating processes and efficiencies in property management. She analyzes how to increase profitability and cost saving program.
Leah spends quality time with family, and a small dog she rescued from a busy highway. Leah has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. She holds a real estate broker’s license in California and is currently pursuing a Texas license. She is a member of IREM and ICSC.
Cindy has more than 20 years of experience in the field of property management accounting for office, retail, industrial and development projects. This extensive background, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, and many years of experience with MRI and Yardi accounting software allow her to keep our clients up to speed on the performance of their assets. She has a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Her son is now attending UT and her daughter is working on a novel. Cindy was born and raised in Houston, Texas and lives in the Oak Forest area. She is an art collector and loves to attend art shows. Listening to music is another one of her interests, along with being a big UT football fan.
Tarralyn brings over 5 years of property management administrative and accounting experience to the team. Her attention to accounting detail and customer service focus on tenant relations will aid in servicing our clients, tenants and vendors in many facets of real estate management. Tarralyn takes pride in her work and is eager to learn.
Tarralyn is the mother of five daughters. She currently resides in the Humble/Kingwood/Atascocita area where she plans to be for many years to come. She is currently pursuing a BS in Accounting from Liberty University. Her interests and hobbies include camping, kayaking, and fishing.
Chris is a native Houstonian and graduate of The Kinkaid School. He earned a BS in Economics from the University of Florida. Chris joined Edifis Group in 2015 after two years with the City of Houston Real Estate Branch. Since arriving at Edifis Group, Chris has been involved with the financial analysis and project management of new ground-up developments as well as the redevelopment of existing shopping centers, and he excels at project and tenant coordination. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, sailing, and spending time with friends and family.
